Over 450,000 children to join charity sing-a-long20/10/08 Over 450,000 children will take part in the world's biggest simultaneous sing-a-long to raise money for Marie Curie Cancer Care. Des'ree will be performing her hit, You Gotta Be, at the O2 arena for The Big Sing on November 27th in London. Children from around the country will be invited to join in. The event will also raise money for Clic Sargent and Youth Music. Fiona Dalgleish, community fundraising development team member, said: 'We are really excited to be involved with this year's Big Sing.' Ms Dalgleish said she hoped that they are hoping to break the current Guinness World Record for the largest simultaneous sing along ever performence. Clic Sargent is a charity which has 350 full and part time staff and the organisation offer support to children, young people and families affected by cancer. Youth Music is a charity which aims to promote music making opportunities and advice to young people who have little access to music.
