Cats Protection launches new site to boost third sector communications23/02/10 Written by Sally O'Connell. UK non-profit Cats Protection has launched a new website today (February 23rd) in order to improve its online charity communications. The feline wellbeing charity hopes to attract new supporters and donors by launching the website, which features a new design consistent with its branding, UK Pets reports. Featuring quizzes and interactive games for young people in a section called Cats for Kids, as well as informative pages about the protection of cats, the website could bring more attention to the organisation's work. James Blake, communications manager at Cats Protection, told the website: 'The look, feel and functionality [of the website] are now simple, clear and easy to navigate and we very much hope our supporters, both old and new, will enjoy it.' He added that the new site was designed with user-friendliness in mind. The organisation hopes to boost charity communications to bolster its network of 250 volunteer-run branches and 29 cat adoption centres across the UK. This news item is © CTT Copyright
