Save the Children has been awarded Best Charity to Work For after judges recognised the training, salaries and commitment to their staff that the organisation shows.

The charity was given the honour last night (July 7th) at the Institute of Fundraising National Fundraising Awards.

Industry website, Third Sector reported that the judges were particularly impressed with the charity's commitment to sending their fundraisers to visit projects that they work on.

By engaging their staff their fundraisers are able to 'communicate the charity's work with passion'.
