WWF trust run films on their website

11/07/08

Environment charity WWF has launched its own online TV channel to screen campaigns and conservation videos to a global audience.

The short films will be available on demand at broadband TV website www.green.tv. Viewers can also access the channel through WWF's website.

Ade Thomas, founder of green.tv, said he hoped to bring a large international audience to the charity's content.

Janine Finlay, video and audio manager at WWF, said the channel would give audiences an insight into WWF's projects.

She said: 'Our green.tv podcasts will also reach iTunes users around the globe, enabling us to get our messages out to more people than ever before.'
