Missing People awarded government grant01/07/08 A charity that is having financial difficulties has received a government grant to help it continue its work to find missing children and young people. Missing People were granted a £310,000 payment by the Department for Children, Schools and Families and the money will be used to pay for a new team for the charity over the next three years. Talking about the donation, Ruth Mulryne, director of services at the charity, said: "We are very much back on our feet now, and we are growing."
