What are On-line Direct Debits for charities?
‘On-line Direct Debits’ is the term given to describe the collection and processing of Paperless Direct Debits from customers, donors and members directly via web sites. We call our on-line direct debits for charities system – PDD.
Our on-line direct debits product for charities (PDD) can integrate with your website and your existing direct debit processing system, regardless of whether you process direct debits yourself or use a direct debit bureau or you are new to direct debits.
What does our on-line direct debits product for charities do?
PDD is a web-based data capture system which enables charities to automatically and securely collect on-line direct debits via their web site.
PDD provides charities with the ability to set up an unlimited number of mandate pages and to collect all the usual information required for Gift Aid and data protection.
PDD provides full real-time verification of all the information provided by the supporter, including their bank details, thereby ensuring all paperless direct debit mandates can be set up and donations successfully collected.
PDD even sends the supporter their confirmation letter, so you have nothing to post!
PDD will provide a data file in whatever format is required by the charity to upload you’re your database.
PDD can be used by any charity, including those new to direct debits.
