What is CTT Mail Professional?

CTT Mail Professional is designed for advanced email broadcast with highly customisable email requirements. CTT Mail Professional uses the FrontWire system.

This tool is being used by some of the UK's largest and most internet-enabled charities and businesses.

Please note that CTT Mail Professional requires a high level of in-house technical competency, including SQL and other programming skills.

About The Frontwire System

• An intelligent email messaging and campaign management system.
• Connected to the internet 24/7 via multiple high speed links. 
• Handles email messages, web tracking, database management, web sites and various other related tasks from a high security data centre. Your desktop computer, however, is in control of the campaign.
• Continues to send emails, serve up content and handle responses, even when you are not connected to it.

What are the benefits of CTT Mail Professional?

The Frontwire system used by CTT Mail Professional allows the client to:

• Manage the whole email dispatch process easily, saving considerable time.
• Manage high volume customised and personalised campaigns.
• Automate the workload of campaign managers by managing complex sequences of messages and complicated rules-based processes.
• Access a powerful query engine and view and edit customer information.
• Upload images for campaigns (via a network of distributed high bandwidth servers).
• Manage unsubscribes, maintaining a suppression file of people who have asked not to be contacted by email. This is held in real time.
• Manage message bouncebacks, reply routing and microsites (eg to support competitions).
• View campaign and customer data online. This is accessible at all times via a suite of browser-based reporting tools.

CTT provides Mail Professional clients with:

• Full training,
• Access to an email user forum and membership of a free user group.

How much does CTT Mail Professional cost?

The pricing structure for CTT Mail Professional is as follows:

£1,000 set-up, which includes:

• 3 templates,
• Setting up address books, 
• Full training for the staff who will use the system,
• Full support throughout,
• Membership of the free user group with access to the user group forum.

(Additional service to be charged on an ad hoc basis.)

Monthly charge bands:

• Up to 20,000 emails sent: £100
• 20,001-30,000 emails sent: £150
• 30,001-40,000 emails sent: £200
• etc

Clients are billed monthly by Direct Debit in order to keep administration costs to a minimum.

Ad hoc charges:

• Support, training, configuration and template amendments are charged at £60 per hour (+ VAT).
