CTTM@il Training Sessions

CTT offers training sessions on a monthly basis for new and existing clients.  Each session lasts for approximately 2 hours and covers the basics of the CTTM@il professional version, including the following:

    * Creating, editing and personalising your campaign
    * Creating address books, data fields and uploading your data
    * Suppression lists and bounce thresholds 
    * Creating a sign-up form
    * Testing & sending your campaign
    * Analysing your results
    * Managing additional logins and other useful features

The training dates will be taking place at CTT offices.  If you are interested in participating in one of the following training sessions, then email us.

CTTM@il Training costs

CTT training is free to new clients (up to three per organisation) and free to existing clients who are on band C (20,000 email sends a month) or above.  With effect from the 1st of August 2010, for CTTM@il clients that use packages of less than 20,000 email sends a month, a charge of £60 will be made per person.
