What is CTT Mail?

FREE CTT M@il Demo Account - Sign up HERECTTMail is a charity email marketing tool used to build, manage and send e-newsletters. The system:

  • Manages multiple address books.
  • Manages templates.
  • Has an integrated reporting suite.
  • Has a built-in WYSIWYG HTML editor.
  • Embedded survey and microsite console (enterprise version)

CTT has been providing email marketing for charities for 8 years sending over 60 million email marketing messages on behalf of the over 250 charities it works with. CTTMail uses the dotMailer email marketing system.

CTTMail service provides its charity clients with:

  • Using dotMailer system to deliver enewsletters
  • 9am to 5pm support by email, Monday to Friday
  • FREE initial training session for new clients
  • FREE training for existing clients that are on band C or above (more information on training)
  • Online resources - User guides, online resources and demos and webinars
  • Quarterly enewsletters with tips and best practise

What are the benefits of CTTMail?

It allows organisations to:

  • Send messages, alerts, charity newsletters and campaigns to a list/lists of email addresses.
  • Create eye-catching, attractive emails in minutes.
  • Personalise the emails: any information kept in the data file (address book) can be inserted into the body of the emails.
  • Manage the data (unlimited storage) using different address books for different audiences, preferences, etc.

  • Score the email campaign against the most commonly used spam filters, explaining the reasons for the scores so that the emails can be changed before being sent.

How much does CTT Mail cost?

CTT offers the following price bands based on the number of emails sent per month.  Should the amount of emails exceed the monthly quota, an excess per email will be charged.

The £100 set-up includes:
  • Account activation to the professional version

  • Free support throughout the set up

Clients are billed monthly by Direct Debit in order to keep administration costs to a minimum.

Ad hoc charges:

  • Configuration and template/form amendments are charged at £60 per hour.
  • The first quarter of an hour for support is free, after this a charge of £15 per hour will be made.
  • New template designs are normally charged at 2-4 hours work (depending on the specification).
  • Further training is charged at £60 per person.

Note:  Clients on a pricing band of £100 or above will NOT be charged for further training or support.
