CTXchange

As a UK charity or housing association, your aim is to make hard-won funds go as far as possible. Up-to-date servers, software and security can help you save money, raise funds and broaden your scope. CTXchange exists to help you access donated products from some of the world's leading technology companies - and unlock the potential of your charity.

CTXchange enables eligible UK-based charities or charitable housing associations to request donated technology products from partners such as:

microsoft programme logo - Windows upgrades, Office, Server software etc.
symantec programme logo - security and anti-virus software
cisco programme logo - networking solutions such as routers and access points
citrix programme logo - GoToMeeting, a web based online and telephone conferencing system
huddle programme logo - an online collaboration solution

Charities need to follow a three stage process to receive a donation:

  1. Register on the CTXchange website.
  2. Wait for your eligibility confirmation (this will detail which partner programmes your organisation can request a donation from).
  3. Place a donation request through the online shop.

Each partner has different eligibility criteria and you will need to place a separate request with each donor you want to receive products from.

Charities pay a small Administrative Fee to cover the costs of the CTXchange programme when a donation request is made - registering with CTXchange to find out which programmes you are eligible for is completely free. Whilst the administrative fees vary by donor and product, charities will still make savings of between 92-96% on typical retail prices.

CTXchange is delivered by CTT in partnership with the not-for-profit technology capacity building organisation TechSoup.
