The CTX Programme is brought to you by Charity Technology Trust (CTT) in partnership with the not-for-profit technology capacity building organisation TechSoup.
The Huddle Donation Programme is launched! Huddle is a new concept in web software combining intranet, extranet, document sharing, online office, collaboration and project management tools in a simple to use, secure online service. With Huddle, organisations can build a ‘virtual charity’: connect head office to remote offices, stakeholders or volunteers working from home. They can store and share documents securely, brainstorm ideas with everyone and manage multiple projects from one place. |
The programme enables eligible charities to gain access to donated or discounted technology products. Choose from over 170 products from Partners such as Microsoft, Symantec and Cisco. Acquiring donated or discounted products is simple:
-
Register your organisation. We will request details that will enable us to assess your eligibility to receive products from our Partners and then notify you if you are eligible to proceed to the next stage. For further details please see Getting Started.
-
Choose your products. If we have notified you that you are eligible to request donated/discounted products, you will be able to select the products you would like to receive. For donated products, you will be asked to pay a small Administrative Fee. This fee covers our costs in delivering the programme. Whilst the administrative fees vary, charities will still make savings of between 92-96% on typical retail prices. Please plan carefully before making product requests, bearing in mind our Partners' Entitlement Guidelines.
-
Take delivery of your donated/discounted products. Once your administrative fee/discounted fee payment has been processed, we will submit your product request(s) to our Partners for approval and fulfilment. In the event that your product request(s) cannot be accepted, you will receive immediate advice and an automatic refund of the fee(s).
Once again, welcome to the CTX Programme.
