Office 365 provides secure, instant access to email, calendars, file sharing, Web Apps, instant messaging, and conferencing1.
All your documents and emails are stored securely in Microsoft's data centres. They can be accessed via the internet using the familiar Microsoft Office suite of programs (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook etc.). That means that you do not need to install or manage complicated servers and associated software within your organisation.
Office 365 is paid for through a monthly subscription. So large, up front capital investments can be avoided. As all upgrades happen automatically, you avoid those costs as well2.
In addition, Office 365 administration is very easy allowing you to add users, distribution groups, and other useful features quickly and simply.
