It replaces traditional credit card machines used to process donations and payments received through the post, enabling you to input both the payments and gift aid information within one screen and receive real time authorisation within a few seconds.

CP Terminal also allows your organisation to print off and/or download for import into a database, reports of transactions and donors and, most importantly, delivers an automated gift aid report in the exact format required.

CP Terminal is accessed using a simple URL (web address) user name and password. Once in, you can start processing straightaway. Each transaction is authorised in real time – within a few seconds – by your card acquirer and the money goes straight into your bank account. You can use CP Terminal for all your online and/ or offline payments, including donations, membership, direct mail and telephone transactions, and product sales.

CP Terminal is a Tier 1 PCI-DSS compliant secure card payment system for processing. PCI-DSS is the payment card industry data security standards. Tier 1 is the highest standard offering users the greatest level of security. The system is supported by RBS Streamline, Barclays and HSBC card services.
