Where to find us

Disabled access

Number One London Bridge has full disabled access and facilities. The building security staff have requested that disabled visitors advise us in advance of their time of arrival.

Directions from London Bridge underground and overground railway stations

From the Jubilee or Northern underground platforms at London Bridge

Follow the exit signs to London Bridge overground railway station. After proceeding through the London Underground ticket barriers take the Tooley Street exit. Cross the road at the pedestrian crossing immediately outside this exit. In front of you is St Olaf's House (currently under reconstruction). Proceed up Tooley Street (to the left of St Olaf House). The building adjacent to St Olaf House is Number 1 London Bridge. The main reception can be reached by entering the building through the revolving doors and travelling up the escalator which can be found to the left on entry to the building.

From the overground London Bridge railway station

If you are travelling from outside London, check if you qualify to a Charity discount www.nationalrail.co.uk

Leave the station through the main exit from the concourse. Turn right and proceed along the pavement until you reach London Bridge Walk. Turn right into the Walk and proceed until you arrive at London Bridge. Number 1 London Bridge is the development located on the south bank of the Thames adjacent to the river and the bridge itself. The main reception can be accessed by descending the stone steps to the right just before the bridge is reached.

Step free directions

The Jubilee Line at London Bridge is fully accessible for wheelchair users or for those who require step free access. Follow the directions recorded for the Jubilee Line above.

On arrival at Number 1 London Bridge

Ask for CTT, second floor, Downstream Building. You will be directed to the Mezzanine 2 reception and given a visitors pass. On arrival here ask for CTT and the receptionist will notify us of your arrival. Visitors arriving before 9am and after 5pm (weekdays) and at weekends should notify us of your time of arrival in advance. We will then arrange to collect you at the main number 1 London Bridge reception.
