What is CTT Mail?
CTT Mail is a tool used to build, manage and send e-newsletters. The system:
- Manages multiple address books.
- Manages templates.
- Has an integrated reporting suite.
- Has a built-in WYSIWYG HTML editor.
CTT Mail uses the DotMailer email tool.
What are the benefits of CTT Mail?
It allows organisations to:
- Send messages, alerts, newsletters and campaigns to a list/lists of email addresses.
- Create eye-catching, attractive emails in minutes.
- Personalise the emails: any information kept in the address book can be inserted into the body of the emails.
- Manage the data (unlimited storage) using different address books for different audiences, preferences, etc.
- Have their own sign-up form/s on their websites to collect the information straight into the designated address book/s.
- Score the email campaign against the most commonly used spam filters, explaining the reasons for the scores so that the emails can be changed before being sent.
- Track all the activity after the email campaign has been sent, including:
- Showing how many people opened the email.
- Showing how many people clicked on a particular link and who they are.
- Showing how many times the user opened the email.
- Showing how many people sent it to a friend.
- Managing the hard bounce backs (emails that do not exist anymore).
- Managing the soft bounce backs (email addresses with temporary errors).
- Managing the un-subscribes automatically and providing a file for your records.

The set-up includes:
Templates
- For 2,500 and 5,000 emails a month bands, 1 template design to pick from different types or you can import your own,
- For 10,000 and 20,000 emails a month bands, 1 free template design,
Set up of address books
Training
- For 2,500 and 5,000 emails a month bands, collective training will be held at CAN Mezzanine permises once or twice a month,
- For 10,000 and 20,000 emails a month bands, one to one training will be arranged.
* All the prices quoted above are excluding VAT.
Ad hoc charges:
- Support, training, configuration and template amendments are charged at £60 per hour (+ VAT).
- New template designs are normally charged at 2-4 hours work (depending on the specification)
