UK's online payment processing suite - Amnesty International

CTT has recently won the tender to consolidate Amnesty International UK's online payment processing suite. The requirements included the need for online donations processing, as well as specific capability for handling Celebration Gifts, In Memoriam donations and  new and repeat membership and event management.  The requirement is additionally complicated by the need to duplicate every aspect of the development for Amnesty’s separate charitable and lobbying activities.

CTT has been working with Amnesty International UK for 6 months. We have developed a detailed Statement of Requirements, designed a new suite of web forms, developed the online payment processing tools to allow Amnesty International UK to self manage their online payment functionality and built a complex data export form to interface with their fundraising Database.

Last month we assisted with the launch of Amnesty International UK's first Student Membership sign up campaign and once the new membership renewal is in system is in place, Amnesty International UK will run a concerted campaign to encourage members to renew their membership online. This will significantly reduce the impact on their back office in terms of time and money.
