Children in Need - Secure Telephone donations
Donations are the lifeblood of any charity. So it’s vital that no potential contribution is lost. BBC Children in Need’s annual telethon is one of the biggest charity events of the year, generating thousands of calls every minute. This requires a smart system that copes with the traffic by channelling callers to a live operator or an automated platform – making it quick and easy to donate, and secure enough to meet new PCI DSS standards.

CP Web Online Direct Debits  - WaterAid
WaterAid – CP Web WaterAid needed to add online Paperless Direct Debits (PDD) to its giving methods in time for 24 million leaflets as part of WaterAid’s 2004 Customer Appeal. Historically WaterAid has used a £2 ask for paper/phone DD’s, but this didn’t integrate well with offering online card donations. However WaterAid did not want to use the existing PDD services which collect the actual PDD payments. WaterAid wanted to collect the PDD mandate and process the payments using existing legacy systems. Find out more.
