Gingerbread was embarking on its first ever major direct mail appeal and wanted to maximise the chances of receiving regular gifts by offering direct debits for both donations and its membership scheme.

Gingerbread was new to Direct Debits and liked the security of the facilities management service and the ease of set-up. Gingerbread took advantage of the option to link up our paperless direct debit system (PDD) to their facilities management service to attract online direct debits.
