The Crossroads Association is the national charity supporting all Crossroads schemes in England and Wales. The Crossroads schemes in the network provide a range of services that are designed to provide sensitive and understanding support to carers of all ages and those they care for.

How It Is Using Our Direct Debit Bureau Services

The Crossroads Association had managed to secure an origination number from their sponsering bank but were looking for a DD Bureau service, which could handle paperless direct debits.

They were about to launch their first ever face-to-face campaign and needed a flexible solution able to upload the weekly direct debit files from their agency and then automate the set-up and collection file processing.
