Trained volunteer counsellors comfort, advise and protect children and young people who may feel they have nowhere else to turn. About ChildLine’s Requirements ChildLine wanted to sell its Christmas catalogue products via its website and was looking for a straightforward solution to make this possible. What CTT Did CTT was able to use CP Shop’s department and sub-department structure to set up the products. By linking to CP Terminal, we provided the ability to make refunds as well as collect transaction reports. The system also created a batch order file, which was sent straight to Childline’s fulfilment partner.
