ELBA member firms were strongly supportive
Using emailing, prize draw and tailored HTML online questionnaire experience CTT managed a 4 stage email campaign to 7,750 people in 5 ELBA firms over 3 month period
Outcomes

ELBA more than doubled its number of committed volunteers in a single exercise
CTT’s initiative raised a pledge of 8,800 man hours per year from 201 employees for ELBA’s charity partners working in the poorest areas of East London and interest from another 435 people
63% of responders had not volunteered previously; after 12 months 66% had actually volunteered
