The future of peer-to-peer fundraising online

Best Practice in ‘Fundraising through Electronic Media’
Laura Thomas (Institute of Fundraising)
A short session outlining the Institute of Fundraising's new code of practice on Fundraising through Electronic Media and the advice it gives on delivering the best in using the net for raising funds.
The seminar will start at 3.30pm with teas, coffees and some cakes and biscuits available from 3pm and finish around 6pm.
The seminars are an opportunity both to network as well as listen to the individual speakers. Please feel free to send this email onto others. If you want to come please email seminars@nfpSynergy.net because numbers are limited (and so we can get a rough idea of numbers for catering). Refreshments will be served from 3pm and the talks will start at 3.30pm.
The seminar in the 3rd floor conference room is at No 1 London Bridge, Downstream Building (on the bridge itself on the south side, downstream). The nearest tube and rail station is London Bridge (Northern and Jubilee lines), but Monument (on the Circle and District lines) is just across the river . View the map.
The seminars are an opportunity to network and hear three talks on subjects about IT and Internet issues highly relevant to voluntary and community organisations. They are free. At the end of the three talks there will be an opportunity for an open discussion that anybody wants to talk about
We are always on the look-out for people or organisations who would like to speak about the work they are doing in the IT or Internet arena. It could be a case study, a new product or a piece of research. If you'd like to give a talk please email me.
