Charity Technology Trust unveils ‘DDCM’ - ‘ the new direct debit collection management system for charities’ - July 2005

CHARITY TECHNOLOGY TRUST is delighted to announce the full release of ‘DDCM’ the new direct debits collection management system, which will be used to deliver and support it’s CHARITY DIRECT DEBITS SERVICE launched in May this year.

DDCM meets the three main needs for charities identified by our research.

Supporter Care - the ability to access information about any mandate to answer supporter queries efficiently and accurately and import the relevant date into the supporter databases.

Financial Control - the management information and reporting functionality to reconcile direct debit collections and fulfil the necessary management accounting requirements.

Fulfilment  - the flexibility to handle new paperless mandates and data entry of paper mandates as well as the transfer of existing mandate files through one integrated system
