CTT in the News - 2004

November 2004 -   UK Fundraising's Howard Lake takes on CTT training role.

UK Fundraising
UK Fundraising publisher Howard Lake has engaged by Charity Technology Trust (CTT) to run training courses for its clients in its email marketing tool Workspace. UK Fundraising's popular fortnightly e-mail newsletter has been published using this tool for the past 18 months.

Howard has already run his first courses for CTT clients, and has others lined up. In the sessions he guides new clients through the practicalities of creating an e-mail message or newsletter, testing it in the Workspace system, distributing it, and handling the responses. He also covers the reporting facilities of Workspace, and shares his tips from over four years of publishing a regular e-mail newsletter.

Workspace was created by digital messaging agency Frontwire and is a very powerful tool, which Frontwire has made available to charities at a reduced rate through CTT.
