CTT Mail - ‘e-mail marketing services for charities’
CTT Mail provides charities interested in using email for broadcasting, marketing and communications a range of email services suitable for all levels of activity and content.
CTT Mail offers two levels of email provision:
CTT Mail ASP Junior: is ideal for charities starting out with email or with small email databases who want to send out a simple monthly email newsletter which contain straightforward messages, copy images and forms. CTT Mail ASP Junior uses the DotMailer system to offer an easy to use and comprehensive red button. The system has capabilities for multiple address book and template management and has an integrated reporting suite and a built in HTML editor. It is extremely easy to use, requiring competency levels similar to a good Word or PowerPoint user.
CTT Mail ASP Professional: is designed for advanced email broadcast with highly bespokable email requirements. CTT Mail ASP Professional uses the FrontWire system. This tool is in use with some of the UK’s largest and most internet enabled charities and corporate. It does require a high level of technical competency in-house requiring SQL and other programming skills. The benefit of this ASP Professional offering is that it allows the client to manipulate the data and build bespoke DM style messages.
What does CTT Mail cost?
The pricing for both CTT Mail services is:
- £500 set up fee
- £100 per month, which includes up to 20,000 email sends per month.
- Over 20,000 email sends per month is charged at 1 pence per email pro rata.
