	Richard Craig - Chief Executive Follow Richard on:
	James Redhead - Finance Director James is responsible for managing CTT’s finance function and commercial aspects of CTT’s trading activities. He has over 15 years’ experience working with major UK charities and social enterprises developing new products and commercial opportunities. James loves live music, theatre and cognac!
Senior Management
	Fiona McGeever – Director of Services Fiona is responsible for managing the CTPayments and CTComms departments of CTT. Fiona has an extensive background in retail, from working in Sainsbury's to New Look. She started her career in the third sector at Scope before moving onto SafeStart as a Business Development Manager. Fiona is a mad Arsenal fan - go the Gunners! Follow Fiona on:
	Jon Brewer - Development Director Jon is responsible for developing CTT’s relationships with charities and potential partners. He has worked in both the voluntary and technology sectors and in a variety of marketing, sales, account management and IT programme management roles. In his free time, Jon enjoys chilling with a guitar, trying to write songs and playing the occasional gig in a local band. Follow Jon on:
	Kim Nguyen – Director of Marketing and PR Kim is responsible for managing CTT’s marketing resources and activities. She has over 10 years marketing experience, in a variety of sectors, including public health and child care quality assurance, and is originally from the sunny shores of Sydney, Australia. In her free time, Kim enjoys googling random questions and taking photos of inanimate objects. Follow Kim on:
	Richard Cooper – Director of Programmes Richard has worked in IT for over 25 years. He has led the sales and marketing functions of a number of technology companies, managed operational teams, and delivered global projects for some of the world’s largest organisations. He has spoken on IT management at major conferences in Europe and the USA. He is currently focussed on helping not-for-profit organisations access and exploit technology to further their missions. 	Elizabeth - E-Comms Project Manager

	Seema - Customer Support Manager
	Andrea - Customer Support Administrator Andrea has recently joined CTT and is working on the CTXchange software donations programme. She has previous experience working for Local Authorities in the Education and Social Care Departments. Born and bred in Liverpool, Andrea is a very passionate Liverpool supporter. Andrea enjoys taking her American Bulldog Winnie for walks (or rather Winnie takes Andrea for a walk) and playing Netball for OBA Netball Club.
	Carrie - Customer Support Administrator Carrie helps to administer the CTXchange software donations programme, and has enjoyed working for CTT for over 3 years now. Previous to that she had 12 years’ customer service experience working in the pharmaceutical and car rental business. When not commuting from Surrey to London, Carrie enjoys precious family time, concerts and theatre, and dining out.
	Raabia - Customer Support Administrator

	Andy Man - Office 365 Support Engineer Andy previously worked at General Healthcare Group for over 4 years as a Service Desk Analyst. He enjoys watching science fiction movies.
